2010 Dakota County Bar Association Award
Attorney Patricia O’Gorman was presented with a special award at the 2010 Dakota County Bar Association Holiday Party. The award honored Ms. O’Gorman’s stalwart support of LADC.
LADC’s Director Award
In 2010, attorney James Carlson was presented with an award by the LADC’s Board of Directors in honor of his extraordinary service as a board member.
2010 First District Pro Bono Award
Julie Seymour accepting the 2010 First District Pro Bono Award presented by the Honorable Richard G. Spicer and LADC’s Executive Director, Katie Trotzky, at the annual meeting of the First District Bar Association.
The 2010 First District Pro Bono Award went to attorney Julie K. Seymour, in recognition of her remarkable dedication to the development and delivery of legal services to the poor as a volunteer attorney with Legal Assistance of Dakota County. Ms. Seymour has provided representation, pro bono, to many low-income individuals and volunteered on a regular basis at the Dakota County Family Court Self-Help Center, a joint project of LADC, District Administration, and the Dakota County Law Library.
